The service has been so helpful with all of our needs and managing our complicated multi-reservation, although some staff need to be properly trained on people skills and service. The location is conveniently next to a tram line making getting around effortless, even though not much was happening in the immediate area. The facilities provided were adequate to meet guests' needs.
